First, register your customer, ACME Inc., in Zenskar.
  1. Log in to your Zenskar dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Customers module.
  3. Click ADD CUSTOMER.
  4. Under Customer information, enter the following details:
    • Customer name: ACME Inc.
    • External ID (optional): Any ID associated with ACME Inc. in your CRM or similar system.
    • Email: [email protected]
  5. Under Business entity, select the business entity this customer belongs to. This cannot be changed after the customer is created.
  6. Under Billing address, provide sample details:
    • Address line 1: 123 Cloud St
    • Address line 2: Suite 100
    • City: Cloudville
    • State: CA
    • Zip code: 90210
    • Country: Select United States
    • Phone number: (555) 123-4567
  7. Check “Shipping address is same as billing address” if applicable.
  8. Click CREATE.
  9. Note the Customer ID assigned by Zenskar (a UUID like cust_7d2f9b8c-1e2a-4c3d-9f0e-1a2b3c4d5e6f). You will need this in later steps.
